A British Sci-Fi Saga From
the Creator of Invasion Planet Earth
Of Infinite Worlds (Final Ver 1).jpg

Welcome to Of Infinite Worlds!

I’m Simon Cox, an indie filmmaker on a mission to craft epic sci-fi adventures. Inspired by the original Star Wars, I’ve spent years bringing bold, independent sci-fi visions to life.

Now, I’m thrilled to present my most ambitious project yet: Of Infinite Worlds (Parts 1 & 2). The first film lands in October 2025, with Part 2 following a year later. Big, bold, and visually stunning, this is indie sci-fi at its finest.

Unlike studio-backed productions, we rely on passionate fans to make this dream a reality. With the support of thousands of amazing people, we have been able to craft this exciting and inspiring sci-fi extravaganza, funding our exceptionally talented cast & crew through every step of making a sci-fi film that we all believe in.

Meet Our Amazing Cast
Filming Progress

Creating an epic sci-fi film on a low budget is no small feat—I learned that firsthand with Invasion Planet Earth, which took nine years to complete. But this time, we’re doing things differently, building on that experience to bring Of Infinite Worlds to life more efficiently.

With most of the story set in space, we’ve built our own spaceship sets and filmed locally in Warwickshire, working with an exceptional cast (mainly from London) and a talented local crew.

As of now, 99% of the first film is shot, and we have a strong first cut! We’re deep into post-production, crafting stunning VFX using Unreal Engine and After Effects. The results? Absolutely thrilling!

VFX Progress

I wanted Of Infinite Worlds to have the tactile, cinematic magic of classic sci-fi—a blend of Thunderbirds and Star Wars. To bring that vision to life, we teamed up with master model maker Richard Dixon, who designed and built stunning practical spaceship models for the film.

We initially filmed our spaceship models using a motion control rig against a large bluescreen. While this worked well, we soon realized that scanning the models and converting them into 3D assets gave us far more flexibility. By importing them into Unreal Engine, we could create stunning shots faster and with greater control over the final visuals.

This ongoing process began in 2022 and since then, we've been hard at work crafting our special effects, bringing the world of Of Infinite Worlds to life in breathtaking detail.  Check out some of our VFXs below:
